Executive Function Coaching

We’re excited to now offer Executive Function Coaching at Eaton Arrowsmith Academy Online!

Strong Executive Functions skills and abilities are vital for finding success in school and in life. There is a big difference in knowing that an objective can be completed and having the tools and motivation to be able to successfully complete an objective. Executive Function Coaching at EAAO will focus on helping empower students to achieve tangible and meaningful goals.

At Eaton Arrowsmith, we have been working with students with a variety of diagnosed and undiagnosed executive functioning issues over nearly 20-years. Within this time, we have seen massive improvements in cognition by engaging in Arrowsmith Programing, but have also seen a need for coaching students on how to use these improved skills in the real world. We are thrilled to be offering Executive Function Coaching at EASO to help meet this unmet need for both Arrowsmith Program students and students not engaging in other programming with us.

All of our Coaching Sessions will be 1:1 with a coach that is discovered to be the best fit for the student. They will meet twice a week; a 40-minute minute meeting and a 20-minute meeting. Student will be able to register for monthly coaching, 3-month term coaching and school year coaching options. All coaching sessions will be online.

*Please note that coaching is available for those 11 years old and older due to their level of cognitive development and ability to access metacognition (the ability to think about their own thinking).

Registration Information

Program runs from October 2024 - June 2025

Registration for Term 1 (Fall 2024) and School Year is now open!

  • Schedule : 1 hour a week when school is in session (Monday – Friday) By appointment and subject to coach availability.

  • Tuition: $749 CAD per month. Term and School Year commitments are discounted.

    • Installment options available depending on registration date.

    • Before applicable taxes (for students residing in Canada)

Candidate Assessment of Fit:

Eaton Arrowsmith’s Executive Function Coaching is intended children, teens, or adults who need assistance with executive function skills to help them achieve their goals in school, work, or personal life. It is not intended for individuals with mental health concerns, executives looking for an assistant, or students looking for tutoring services.
